Uniglobe College organized graduation ceremony for MBA 6th and 7th batch at Radisson Hotel. In the graduation ceremony 120 MBA graduates were present. By this, now college has now produced 400 financial leaders.
In the ceremony there was the presence of distinguish personalities from the academic and corporate field. Graduating students were awarded in different categories within academic excellence award and extra-curricular activities award.
Uniglobe College itself stands for the academic excellence in the field of management, and is the only college offering MBA finance in Nepal, Dr. Nar Bahadur Bista, principle of the college informed during his welcome speech.
He adds strength of the college in Research and Publications, international learning exposure and practical aspects of learning.
In the ceremony Mr. Saurabh Jyoti, Director of Jyoti group of companies and guest of honor for the graduation program, shared his thought on entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities in Nepal.
He emphasized on soft skills of graduates and envisages the fresh graduates will change the nation with their knowledge and skills they acquired during their academic years of learning.
Emphasizing on the role of private sector in economic development, Guru Prasad Neupane, Director of Janata Bank, Guest of honor of the ceremony argued that graduates has to engage in the entrepreneurial enterprises, resources will not be constraints as Nepal is virgin land for entrepreneurs.
Dr. Pukar Malla envisage that efficient leadership is crucial for development and rural entrepreneurship is vital, as more than 80 % people of Nepal live in rural area. Dr. Malla, Executive director of Daayitwa, was the Guest of honor end his speech by putting three different leadership challenges for graduates to develop entrepreneurial Nepal, process and role of graduates.
In the graduate speech, academic advisor of college Prof. Dr. Radhe Shyam Pradhan MBA graduates of Uniglobe College are the most desirable graduates in the field of finance as they are equipped with knowledge of financial tools, technique and knowledge.
