<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The quake affected people eligible to get the second installment of amount to rebuild their houses would also get the third installment of grant in advance based on recommendation from the concerned rural municipalities and municipalities.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>As per the decision of the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA), the eligible beneficiaries would get the third installment of the grant in presence of the concerned local levels with the precondition to complete the construction within five months.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>NRA's spokesperson Yamlal Bhusal said that the Ministry of Finance gave an approval to a proposal made from NRA to facilitate the beneficiaries in their house construction.</p><p>The NRA is of the confidence that such a move would help the beneficiaries to reconstruct their private houses.&nbsp;</p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Two pilgrims have died when a jeep carrying pilgrims returning from Pathivara Temple met with an accident along Bhalugaude-Suketar Pathivara road section today.</span><br></p><p>The &nbsp; deceased have been identified as Anita Thapa Ghimire, 24, of Urlabari-4 and Homraj Ghimire, 30.</p><p>The accident took place when the jeep &nbsp;fell some 200 metres off the road due to brake failure.</p><p>Deputy Superintendent of Police, Gyanendra Bahadur Basnet, said that Anita died on the spot in the incident while Homraj died in course of treatment at District Hospital, Taplejung.</p>

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Suggestions have been made for keeping only 15 ministries in the centre in line with the federal structure. It has been proposed to reduce the number of ministries from 31 at present to 15.</span><br></p><p>Spokesperson at the Ministry of General Administration, Shivahari Neupane, said there will be 15 ministries of the federal government after adjusting the existing ministries as per the federal setup of the country.&nbsp;</p><p>The number of ministries is to reduce by half the existing number with the high-powered Federal Administrative Restructuring Committee chaired by the Minister for General Administration Tek Bahadur Basnet preparing its draft report proposing 15 ministries in the centre and seven in the province level.</p><p>Spokesperson Neupane said although the original draft report of the committee had proposed having 18 ministries in the centre, the number was decreased to 15 as per the directives of the State Affairs Committee.</p><p>Neupane said the draft report of the committee would be tabled in the Council of Ministers' meeting.</p><p>Likewise, the committee has fixed the temporary capitals of the provinces on the basis of the availability of the physical infrastructures, historical importance, security condition and the criteria required for geographical centre.</p><p>Accordingly, Biratnagar or Dhankuta or Itahari have been named the capital of Province 1; Janakpur of Province 2; Banepa or Dhulikhel or Kathmandu or Hetauda of Province 3; Pokhara of Province 4; Dang or Butwal of Province 5; Surkhet of Province 6; and Dipayal or Dhangadhi of Province 7.</p><p><br></p><p>These capitals would be provisional and the Province Assembly of the respective provinces will decide on their permanent capital, it is stated.</p>
