Plots being hatched to make constitution failure: UML leader Gautam

<p>CPN-UML Vice Chairman Bamdev Gautam has said efforts were afoot to make the constitution failure. <br><br>Speaking at a programme in Butwal today, the UML leader Gautam accused the government of not carrying out efforts enough to hold local body elections while emphasising the need for holding three sets of elections in time. <br><br>On the impeachment motion against suspended Chief of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Lokman Singh Karki, leader Gautam said parties have to propose the impeachment motion as Karki tried to go against political parties breaching the constitution and laws. <br><br><br></p>
