Journalists have urged the government to take action against those involved in the murder of progressive journalist Krishna Sen Ichchhuk who was killed 14 years ago.
Speaking on the 14th memorial day of the journalist Sen, in the capital today, the speakers demanded action against the culprits, expressing dissatisfaction as no action was taken so far against the culprits. His spouse, Takma KC, stressed on materializing Sen's dream and idealism as he scarified his life for the same.
Similarly, Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) President Dr Mahendra Bista said that Ichhuk was the mainstream journalist rather than of any one side. He added that he was not murdered in action during the conflict period as he was killed taking him under control.
