Constitution amendment should not be linked to its implementation-Oli

<p>CPN-UML Chair KP Sharma Oli has said that the political parties should give attention towards achieving prosperity for the nation.<br><br>Speaking at a program in Jhapa district today, the former Prime Minister said now that we have achieved political change, we need to move ahead with a common goal of development. <br><br>Nobody should play politics in development construction work, the time henceforth is of development and prosperity," he said.<br><br>Leader Oli also emphasized on collaboration among the parties to implement the new constitution, which should start from holding elections at the three tiers of government.</p><p>However, the issue of implementing the constitution should not be linked to its amendment, he added.<br><br></p>
