Department of drug administration directed to inspect drug stores pharmacies

<p>Department of Drug Administration under the Ministry of Health and Population will soon carry out field inspections of drug stores and pharmacies in major four cities – Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nepalgunj and Biratnagar – in the first phase.</p><p>The Department will update the number of the clinics, pharmacies and drug stores as it does not have accurate data on it.</p><p>The date of manufacture and expiry, the price and way and place of storage among others will be scrutinised during the inspection.</p><p>It is believed that a large number of clinics might be running without registration. <br><br><br></p>
