The Sabdayatra Publications has decided to confer the ‘Sabdayatra Mass Media Honour, 2023’ on litterateur and journalist Chudamani Regmi.
He is selected for the honour in recognition to his contribution to language, literature and literary journalism, according to Chairman of Publications, Hari Manjushree. Regmi has been associated with the magazines as ‘Yuggyan’, ‘Juhi’ and others.
Regmi has been actively working for the use and promotion of typical (jharra) Nepali words, which is in decline of late.
The Honour also carries the purse of Rs 5,000 and felicitation letter, Manjushree added.
