National assembly should be formed thru STVS: Singh

Nepali Congress leader and former DPM Prakash Man Singh has said the national assembly should be constituted through single transferable voting system (STVS). Speaking at a programme organized in Dillibazar in the capital today, Leader Singh further said it is not constitutional to hold the ordinance which the government had sent to form the national assembly two months before the recent parliamentary polls. He also said that NC will sit in the opposition by respecting public mandate.
