Local bodies Election necessary for constitution implementation :Deuba

<p>Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that local bodies' election is necessary for the implementation of the new constitution.</p><p>At a program in Bhaktpur today, he said, the new constitution would be successfully implemented only if parliament and Upper House&nbsp; and local bodies' election were held. <br><p><br>The NC President charged that the Oli-led government was apathetic towards the implementation of the new constitution.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>Similarly, NC central committee member Bimalendra Nidhi said that the budget brought by the government was suicidal and policies and programmes were ridiculous.<br><br></p></p>
