<p>CPN (UML) Chair KP Sharma Oli has said the government's duty is to enforce the constitution not to amend it as it is planning to. <br><br>Speaking in a press meet at Pokhara Airport this morning, the chairman of the main opposition UML accused the government of purporting to lengthen transition giving priority to the constitution amendment issues.</p><p>Chairman Oli further said the constitution amendment that is not acceptable to the people won't be acceptable to UML party.</p><p>Only the issues concerning the people's rights should be addressed, he asserted.<br><br>The announcement of supplementary budget is expected when there is a budget crisis in the new project or undertaken project, but the government tries to bring such budget without clarifying the need, he argued. <br></p>
