Constitutional body chief posts to naturalized citizenship-holders not Morcha’s demand’

<p>Federal Socialist Forum chairman Upendra Yadav has demanded that the provinces should be made autonomous and vested with full powers while amending the constitution.<br><br>Speaking in the face-to-face programme organised by Reporters Club Nepal Kathmandu today, he insisted that the constitution should be amended on the basis of the report of the State Restructuring Commission, the provisions of the Interim Constitution and the past agreements reached between the government and the different parties.<br><br>Leader Yadav said the Federal Alliance has not demanded that those holding the naturalized citizenship should also be appointed the President, Prime Minister, Speaker and chiefs of security bodies and the heads of constitutional bodies.<br><br></p>
