Community guideline to assist in reconstruction activities

<p>In a bid to build support and coordination in the local level, the National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has finalized the reconstruction community guideline-2016.<br>&nbsp;<br>Even the community-based committees have been formed to assist in the reconstruction activities in the local level.</p><p>Through these committees, the people in the ward, village and municipality can be united and expedite the reconstruction works, said NRA Spokesperson Ram Prasad Thapaliya. <br><br>As per the guideline, there will be a chairperson, at least five members including three women and a member secretary in the committee.</p><p>The committee persons are elected by an assembly of the people from the concerned village and wards.</p><p>The committee would be helpful for the technicians, village secretary, executive officer, and facilitators while constructing individual houses. <br><br></p>
