Govt bans plastic bags

<p>Government has banned the use of plastic bags across the country from today.</p><p>A committee to monitor implementation of the regulations has been formed comprising Ministry for Science, Technology and environment, Local development and Urban development Ministry and Nepal police.<br><p>&nbsp;<br><br><br></p></p>
