Only ex Rt Honorable to get facilities

<p>With the latest decision of the Monitoring and Good Governance Committee under the Legislature-Parliament today, only the former Rt honourable VIPs will enjoy facilities from the state treasury. <br><br>Today' meeting of the committee decided to provide facility of vehicle, driver and fuel only to former President, Vice-president,&nbsp; Prime Minister, Chief Justice and speaker.</p><p>Presently, even former Deputy Prime Ministers and Home Ministers are entitled to such facilities.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br><br>With the new provision, former chiefs and senior officials of Nepal Army, Nepal Police and armed Police force will also stop getting such facilities.<br><br>&nbsp;It may be noted that the committee had formed a sub-committee under the chairmanship of Janakraj Joshi to look into the matter and make a recommendation.</p><p>Today's decision is based on the sub-committee's recommendation. <br><br></p>
