Water receding in artificial lake

<p>Although the water level in the artificial lake formed after the landslide blocked Tamor River in Sawandin VDC has started to recede, locals are still living in fear as mudslides have continued to hit the area.<br><br>A police team at the site concluded that water level is decreasing as the one house submerged by the river has started appearing.<br><br>According to the District Police, Taplejung, crisis has not been fully averted as landslides have not stopped.<br><br>Locals in the lower belt have been asked to be watchful, police said.<br><br></p>
