<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has asked the general public to file an impromptu &nbsp;complaint by dialing 107 if any government official is found asking for a bribe or is showing reluctance to offer service.</span><br></p><p>Secretary at the commission, Rajan Khanal, said the pilot project will be initiated from &nbsp;Kathmandu valley from today.</p><p>The commission will also place hoarding boards in offices regarding the provision. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
