<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Education Minister Gopalman Shrestha said the government is preparing to scrap the quota for temporary teachers' posts forever. </span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Speaking at a programme in Kaski today, he also said the existing temporary teachers would be provided with options either to sit for examinations for permanency or accept golden handshake scheme, by amending the Education regulations. </p>
