UN Resident Coordinator Julliand pays courtesy call on DPM Mahara

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Resident Coordinator of the United Nations in Nepal, Valerie Julliand, has today paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Krishna Bahadur Mahara.</span></p><p><br></p><p>During the meeting held at the Foreign Ministry, they discussed the Nepal-UN relations and cooperation.&nbsp;</p><p>On the occasion, Foreign Minister Mahara expressed gratitude towards the support provided by the UN in different sectors of Nepal. &nbsp;</p><p>Similarly, Coordinator Julliand said that the friendly relations between Nepal and UN would be further strengthened in the days ahead.&nbsp;</p><p>Expressing happiness over successful completion of the two rounds of local-level election, she expressed the belief that the remaining elections would also be held successfully.&nbsp;</p>
