<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Voters identity cards for the second phase of local polls to be held the after tomorrow are being distributed in all 35 districts under the province number 1, 5 and 7. </span><br></p><p><br></p><p>According to the spokesperson of the election commission Surya Prasad Sharma, arrangement has been made to provide voters the real ballot papers, voters' education and voter identity cards to observe at one time. </p><p><br></p><p>The commission has fixed time till tomorrow to distribute voters identity cards.</p><div><br></div>
