Nepal-India transit points to be shut from June 26 for polls

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Nepal-India border in the Kailali and Kanchanpur districts will be sealed for 48 hours from June 26 during June 28 elections.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Kailali Chief District Officer Gobinda Prasad Rijal has said that the meeting of Nepal-India border security officials held on Thursday in India's Paliya took a decision to this effect&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Kanchanpur Chief District Officer Manohar Prasad Khanal and Superintendent of Police Arjun Chanda Thakuri at Kailali District Police Office had attended the meeting from Nepal's side.</p>
