Do not be biased towards parties, contenders: CEC Yadav

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">&nbsp;</span><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Chief Election Commissioner Dr Ayodhee Prasad Yadav has directed monitors deployed for the May 14 elections to discharge their duty without being bias.</span></p><p><br></p><p>Speaking at a training programme organised for the monitors today, Dr Yadav asked them to work as an EC's special envoy to hold the polls in fair and fear-free environment.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Likewise, election commissioner Ishwori Prasad Poudel suggested that the monitors should maintain confidentiality while carrying out their duty.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Also, secretary of the Commission Gopi Nath Mainali asked those employees deployed for the polls to abide by the election code of conduct. &nbsp;</p>
