SC’s show cause order on Aryal’s promotion

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a show cause order in the name of government to furnish a written response within April 28 regarding the promotion of Prakash Aryal to the post of Inspector General of Nepal Police.</span><br></p><p>A single bench of Justice Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada issued the order.</p><p>SC's Spokesperson Mahendra Prasad Upadhyay said that the hearing of the writ petition filed by the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Nepal Police Nabaraj Silwal shall be held on May 2 in the full bench&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
