<p>CPN (UML) secretary Yogesh Bhattarai has ruled out the relevance of the incumbent government adding that it has failed to hold the elections in stipulated time. </p><p>Speaking at press meet organized by Press Chautari Nepal, district chapter in Solukhumbu today, leader Bhattarai assured that his party was committed to hold the elections within the stipulated timeframe, but the government was not serious in this regard. </p><p>He further claimed that his party will win with large votes in forthcoming election.<br><br><b>HOLD ELECTIONS TO PREVENT CRISIS: KOIRALA</b><br>Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala today said that holding the local level elections is a must to save the country from any untoward crisis. </p><p>Speaking at a gathering of Nepali Congress Dang cadres of Constituency-4, Dang today, Koirala also warned that the country could plunge into a state of crisis if the election of all three levels are not held within the next 11 months. </p><p>He added that the NC should bring on board the main opposition CPN-UML and Madhes-based political parties to forge political concensus. </p><p>Referring to the NC's leading role in past revolutenary movements, Koirala stressed the need for all to embrace and follow contributions of late NC leaders Krishna Prasad Bhattarai and Girija Prasad Koirala. <br><br><br></p>
