Not in favous of constitution amendment without agenda : UML gensec

<p>CPN-UML General Secretary Iswar Pokharel has said the UML is not in favour of amending the constitution without any specific agenda for it.<br><br>Speaking at a press meet held at Choharwa of Siraha today, he made it clear that his party won't support the constitution amendment process until the rationale behind it is made clear.<br><br>Stating that the government is not yet sure about the constitution amendment process, he said a formal proposal for it is yet to arrive.<br><br><br></p>
