<p>The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has prepared the Private Houses Reconstruction Technical Inspection Work Procedures, 2073.<br><br>NRA spokesman Ram Prasad Thapaliya said inspection would be carried out after the earthquake-affected people in the 11 quake-hit districts reconstruct their homes with the Rs 50 thousand provided by the government for that purpose.<br><br><br><br><br></p>
