Bamdev Gautam bats for Executive president to ensure stability

<p>CPN (UML) Vice Chairman Bamdev Gautam has said the parliamentary system should be discouraged to ensure stable government in the country.</p><p>At a program in the capital city today, he said political confusions in the country were the results of frequent government changes which had always hampered the implementation of development projects and budget. <br><br></p>
