Seven including pilot dead in Fishtail chopper crash, 2 Missing Fewa Lake

<p>A helicopter of the Fishtail Air crashed in Nuwakot, killing all seven onboard including a pilot and an ill infant. The chopper with the call sign 9 N- AKA was ferrying the five-day-old child to the capital for treatment.</p><p>The ill-fated chopper en route to the capital from the district hit the Chuchhe cliff in the Betani Forest of Madaanpur-9, Nuwakot at 12:32 pm before crash, according to Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.</p><p>Pilot captain Ranjan Limbu, passengers Kitman Gurung, Asami Gurung, Preeti Gurung, Laxmi Gurung, Nisha Tamang and the infant are confirmed dead in the crash.</p><p>The Authority said that a team of technicians and security personnel is already at the site to collect the bodies and preparations are on to airlift the bodies to the capital.<br><br><b>Two Missing in Phewa Lake</b></p><p>Two persons have gone missing in Phewa Lake&nbsp; after the boat capsized this afternoon.</p><p>They have been identified as Paratik Shrestha of Chakrapath and Alin KC of Basundhara, Katamndu, according to our correspondent Hemraj Baral.</p><p>Out of 8 people 6 have been safely rescued and search for the missing is underway, said Baral.<br><br></p>
