Federalism becoming a complex problem for Nepal: Bujukchhe

<p>Nepal Workers and Peasants Party Chair Narayanman Bijukchhe has said federalism is becoming a complex problem for the country. &nbsp;<br><br>Taking part in an interaction in Bhaktapur today, he claimed that federalism was not the agenda of the people's movement-2006&nbsp; led by the seven political parties&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>He was of the view that the country would witness timely development if the local bodies were granted autonomy and 50 per cent of the budget.&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; <br><br><br></p>
