Taplejung village cut off from communication

<p>A rescue team sent from Lelep has reached Sotlima after a remote Tapethok village in Taplejung district has been cut off from communication as incessant rainfall caused huge landslides, isolating it from other places.</p><p>Situation of six families living in the village is still unknown but one Manita Rai is said to be displanced.</p><p>The settlement has been cut off from other places after land masses started slipping from two sides since yesterday morning, police said.</p><p>Further information regarding the situation of the people trapped there will be known only after the team would build contact, police said.<br><br></p>
