Govt to introduce special action plan for river clean-up and conservation: Minister KC

<p>Minister for Urban Development Arjun Narshing KC felicitated former Chief Secretary of the government Leelamani Poudel amid a programme in Kathmandu today.<br><br>Former Chief Secretary Poudel was honoured for his contribution for spearheading the clean-up of the major rivers in the Kathmandu Valley, including Bagmati and its tributaries, and those across the country.<br><br>At a programme jointly organized by Pudasaini Maitri Society and 'Ramro Jorpati, Hamro Jorpati', Minister KC shared that the government is effortful to introduce a special action plan, aiming to clean-up and conserve rivers.<br><br><br></p>
