Three women die in fire

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Three women lost their lives in a fire that engulfed a house at Kanepokhari rural municipality-3, Harkapur of Morang district this morning.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>The fire suddenly broke out the two-storied house of Chandra Bahadur Rai at 3.00 and claimed the lives.&nbsp;</p><p>The deceased have been identified as Chandra Bahadur's mother 86 year old Gangamaya Rai, 46 year old his wife Parbata Rai, and 44 year old his sister Bishnumaya Rai, 44.&nbsp;</p><p>Sub-Inspector at Area Police Office, Pathari, Raj Kumar Basnet informed that Chandra Bahadur was also inside the house but his condition is still unknown.</p><p>The fire was taken under control at 5.00 am with the help of three fire engines, locals and police.&nbsp;</p><p>Reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained and investigation into the incident is underway, police informed.&nbsp;</p>
