UML wins Mayor and Deputy Mayor posts in Panauti Municipality

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Bhim Neupane of CPN (UML) has been elected to the post of Mayor of Panauti Municipality in Kavre district.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>He received 12,256 votes while his nearest rival Bidur Banjara of Nepali Congress got 9,190 votes.</p><p><br></p><p>Similarly, Gita Banjara of UML became victorious to the post of Deputy Mayor with 1,299 votes while her closest contender Anju Ranjit received 9,128 votes. ##</p><div><br></div>
