Parliament meeting obstructed for the third time

<p>The meeting today of the Legislature-Parliament has been postponed without entering into the business of the day, as a result of the obstruction by the main opposition CPN-UML.</p><p>The UML has been obstructing the house taking over the presentation of the constitution amendment bill by the government.<br><br>This is the third meeting that the UML has obstructed since the bill was registered on November 29.</p><p>Soon after the meeting began today, the MPs of the opposition party stood from their respective seats and stopped the meeting from taking its due course of the day.<br><br><br></p>
