CIO faces lawsuit for fake degrees

<p>The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a lawsuit against Chief Investigation Officer (CIO) with the National Investigation Department Sohan Kumar Rauniyar on the charge of possessing fake academic certificates.<br><br>He has been charged with holding the responsible position on the ground of fake educational degrees.<br><br>The CIAA, during the preliminary investigations, found that educational certificates that Rauniyar presented while joining the Department as a chief guard and getting promotions to the posts of assistant inspector, deputy inspector, inspector and the chief investigation officer were fake. &nbsp;<br><br><br><br></p>
