President Bidya Devi Bhandari has today appointed Ambassador Rishiram Ghimire as the non-resident Ambassador to Belarus.
He is the ambassador to Russia.
The office of the President has stated that President Bhandari appointed Ghimire as the non-resident ambassador to Belarus on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers and in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
