Diarrhoea claims one in Dolakha, 12 taken ill

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">A person died and around 12 people were taken ill due to diarrhoea at Simigaun of Gaurishankar rural municipality-9 in Dolakha district yesterday.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Seventy nine-year-old Tenji Sherpa of Simi Gaun in the district lost his life to diarrhoea while 12 others have been suffering from it among whom three were in a critical condition, according to Mingma Nuri Sherpa, a local.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>A team of healthcare providers have been dispatched with necessary medicines to the village, said Chief District Officer in Dolakha, Laxman Bikram Thapa.</p>
