Increase investment in youth: President Bhandari

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">President Bidya Devi Bhandari has called for increased investment in empowerment of the youth, who are the medium of socio-economic and political change of the society.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Speaking at a programme organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to mark the International Youth Day today, President Bhandari appealed the government and the private sector to invest more in the youths. She also urged the government to effectively implement the youth policy, strategy and vision.</p><p><br></p><p>The President also called for utilization of the numerous possibilities in the field of tourism, agriculture and water resources to open a new door to the country's development through the medium of the youths.</p>
