State can’t offer allowance to all seekers, Minister Koirala

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare Asha Koirala has said that the government cannot dole out allowances to all the seekers.</span><br></p><p>At a programme organized in Bhaktapur today, Minister Koirala said that the government cannot give allowances to all by reducing the capital budget.</p><p>Pointing that the state should take responsibility of protection of the senior citizens, Minister Koirala made it clear that the government cannot increase the allowance to the senior citizens by two/three folds.</p>
