Bus accident as bridge over Rudri Khola collapses

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">A passenger went missing and as many as 25 others have been injured when a bridge collapsed as a passenger bus was crossing the bridge over Rudri Khola linking Madi Rular Muncipality-9 and Madhya Nepal Municipality-8 in Kaski district &nbsp;today.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>The bus heading towards Baluwabeshi from Lekhnath in Pokhara, fell after the bridge broke down as it was passing through it, according to Khadga Bahadur Khattri, Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Kaski.&nbsp;</p><p>The rescue team of police has reached the accident spot and effort to rescue two passengers stuck in the accident site was underway, shared Maadi Rural Municipality Chief Shyam Gurung.&nbsp;</p><p>The injured ones are receiving treatment at a local health facility in the district</p>
