RJP-Nepal not to participate in polls before constitution amendment

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Rastriya Janata Party Nepal leader Mahantha Thakur has said that his party will not participate in third phase of local polls in Province No 2 unless the constitution is amended as per their demands.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>
In a face to face programme in Bhaktapur today, he hoped that there might be two-third-majority on the behalf of the constitution amendment bill as ruling parties were exercising for the same. </p><p>Leader Thakur urged the government to materialize the various agreements forged with them in the past.&nbsp;</p>
