EC decide to update voters list until next election is announced

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The election commission has decided to &nbsp;update of the voters’ list for the elections of provincial level and house of representatives until the election dates are announced.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>A meeting of the commission today took the decision update the voters’ roll from all 75 districts where district election offices are stationed and this programme would &nbsp;be carried out until the election dates are declared, said spokesperson of the commission Surya Prasad Sharma.</p><p><br></p><p>Earlier, political parties had suggested the commission to extend the deadline to update the voters' roll.</p><p><br></p>
