margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; font-family: "Ek Mukta", sans-serif; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">बोर्डले २५ जिल्लका ६८ लाख २९ हजार दुई सय ३१ जनसंख्यामा अनुसन्धान गरेको थियो । गरिब जनसंख्याको पहिचान गरिए पनि कहिलेदेखि परिचपत्र वितरण गर्ने भन्ने अझै अन्योल छ । परिचयपत्र प्राप्त गरेपछि पनि गरिबले पाउने सेवासुविधाबारे केही निर्णय हुन सकेको छैन ।</p><p style="border: 0px;
