Two killed, 8 injured in road accident

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Two persons were killed while other eight injured in a road accident at Resh of Kathekhola Rural Municipality-7 of Gorkha district this morning. &nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>The accident took place when a jeep heading to Baglung headquarters from Resh fell from the road at Jiredi, police said. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>According to police, the cause behind the accident was slippery condition of the road.</p><p><br></p><p>The deceased in the accident are Lal Bahadur Thapa-25 and eight-year old Deepak Karki of Kathekhola Rural Municipality-7, police added. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Similarly, the injured are undergoing treatment in local hospitals.&nbsp;</p>
