No relevancy to constitution amendment: UML leader Pokharel

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">CPN (UML) General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel has reiterated that the UML would never assist in amending the constitution that has no 'relevance'.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Speaking at a press conference in Kaski, he said the UML was firm against an amendment to some provisions related to the increment of the number of local levels in Province 2 and naturalised citizenship and language.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>He however said his party was ready to hold a discussion with the disgruntled Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal for a 'relevant' amendment to the constitution, saying the constitution is a progressive consensus document. &nbsp;</p><div><br></div>
