<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Police arrested three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal with two improvised explosive devices and some weapons from Rautimai rural municipality in Udayapur last night. </span><br></p><p><br></p><p>The arrestees have been identified as Bharat Basnet of Triyuga Municipality-14, Tilak Tamang of Rauta-7 and Dhurba Khadka. </p>
