Constitution can be amended after three-tier of elections: Leader Nembang

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Deputy Leader of the CPN (UML) Parliamentary Party, Subas Nembang, has said that the constitution could be amended only after holding three-tier of elections.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>While talking to media persons in Panchthar today, he said that there was no meaning of postponing the election by the government as the Rastriya Janata Party-Nepal did not participate in election scheduled for June 28 even after postponing the election date of province no 2.</p><p><br></p><p>He said that the CPN (UML) would address the dissatisfactions of Madhes and indigenous nationalities gradually.&nbsp;</p>
