<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The next hearing of the case relating to Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Police, Nabaraj Silwal, over his appointment to the post of Inspector General of Nepal Police has been scheduled for June 15 as time for hearing ran short yesterday.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>Joint-Spokesperson at the Supreme Court, Bishworaj Poudel said yesterday's hearing was conducted under the division bench of judges—Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana, Jagadish Sharma Poudel, Dip Kumar Karki, Kedar Prasad Chalise, Sapana Pradhan Malla, Tej Bahadur KC and Purushottam Bhandari.</p><p>Senior advocate Shambhu Thapa had pleaded for Silwal.</p><p>DIG Silwal had filed a writ petition at Supreme Court, demanding his appointment to the post of IGP &nbsp;claiming that he is the senior most on ranks.</p><div><br></div>
