RJP puts condition to vote in PM election

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Rastriya Janata Party Nepal's leader Laxman Lal Karna has said the party would take part in the election of a new Prime Minister until the Nepali Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre) fully implemented agreement reached with the Madhes-centric parties during the formation of the incumbent government.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Talking to media persons at the Legislature-Parliament building today, he said, first of all, the ruling parties need to clear the due they owe us. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p>
