UML girds for second-phase local election

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">A meeting of the CPN (UML) local election central monitoring and coordination committee has today decided to mobilize the entire party to make the party's candidates victorious in the second-phase of local election, learning from the experience of the first-phase local polls.</span><br></p><p><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></p><p>The meeting held at the party's central office at Dhumbarahi directed all the party's district committees to send the name list and the votes secured by the party's all candidates, who contested in the first-phase local level election to the party's central office at the soonest.&nbsp;</p><p><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></p><p>Likewise, the district committees have been urged to send the details as the five bases for winning the election, five bases for a candidate losing the election, the role of the administration during the election, the impact of party's internal mobilization and adjustments of candidates, and experiences to the central office at the earliest possible.</p>
