EC to add additional counting teams

<p><br></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Election Commission (EC) has decided to assign additional teams for counting votes in various places under the local poll as the counting has become painstakingly slow. &nbsp; &nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>According to EC spokesperson Surya Prasad Sharma, the concerned election officers could depute the additional counting teams as per the requirements and preparations for the same is underway.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The EC has assured to depute additional officials for the counting even by managing the officials.&nbsp;</p><div><br></div>
